Removes impurities, stones, and metallic contaminants from raw paddy before soaking. Ensures clean, uniform input material for downstream processing.
Paddy is soaked in temperature-controlled water to achieve optimal moisture content before steaming. Uniform soaking ensures consistent parboiling quality.
The core of the parboiling process. High-pressure steaming at precisely controlled temperature (80–115°C) gelatinizes the starch, locks in nutrients, and strengthens the grain structure.
Low-temperature hot air drying (≤60°C) reduces moisture content to safe storage levels while maximally preserving B vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional components.
After drying, the paddy goes through hulling, milling, and polishing to produce premium finished parboiled rice with excellent appearance and low breakage rate.
Final quality control and packaging stage. Optical color sorting removes discolored or defective grains, followed by automatic weighing and packaging for retail or bulk export.
